1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using bikecar.pk(the "Platform"), whether on web or mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our services.

2. Account Registration & Google Authentication

To access certain features, such as publishing vehicle listings or messaging sellers, you must register for an account. You may sign up using your email and password or via Google Single Sign-On (SSO). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Vehicle Listing Rules & Seller Responsibilities

Sellers publishing car or bike ads must adhere to the following rules:

• Valid Phone Number: Sellers must provide a valid mobile phone number before publishing any vehicle advertisement.
• Accurate Vehicle Details: All information regarding vehicle brand, model, year, condition, and price must be truthful and accurate.
• Prohibited Content: Misleading prices, fraudulent vehicle listings, stolen items, or unlawful material will result in immediate ad removal and account termination.
• Mark as Sold: Sellers must mark listings as sold or delete them promptly once a vehicle transaction is completed.

4. Paid Services & Monetization

Featured Listings, Reel Video extensions, and additional listing packages are optional paid services provided by bikecar.pk. All payment transactions are processed securely via verified payment gateways (e.g. JazzCash). Fees paid for monetization features are non-refundable once activated on a live ad.

5. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All branding, logos, software, and interface design on bikecar.pk are the property of bikecar.pk — Pakistan's Premier Automotive Marketplace. Users retain ownership of photos and videos uploaded with their listings but grant bikecar.pk a non-exclusive license to display them for marketing and discovery.

6. Limitation of Liability

bikecar.pk serves as a vehicle marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We do not inspect physical vehicles unless explicitly provided as a certified inspection report. Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect vehicles in person before making payments. We are not liable for disputes arising from direct transactions between buyers and sellers.
