Registered users of the bikecar.pk Android application and website can request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data using the instructions below.
To protect user security and verify account ownership, deletion requests must be submitted directly from the email address registered with your bikecar.pk account (or your Google email if you signed up via Google SSO).

Body: Please include your registered email and mobile number so our team can verify and locate your account records.
🗑️Data That Is Permanently Deleted
- Profile Information: Name, registered email address, phone number, and password hashes.
- Vehicle Listings: All published car and bike advertisements, specs, pricing, and locations.
- Photos & Audio Media: All uploaded vehicle images and 30-second reel voiceover recordings on Cloudflare R2 storage.
- Messages & Activity: Direct buyer-seller chat logs and saved favorites.
⚖️Data Retained & Legal Purpose
- Payment Audit Logs: Financial transaction receipt IDs processed through DirectPay are retained strictly for statutory accounting and tax audit compliance for up to 12 months as mandated by Pakistani regulatory law, after which they are permanently expunged.
- Zero Card Data: bikecar.pk accepts mobile wallets (JazzCash & Easypaisa) only, and never accepts, processes, or stores credit/debit card numbers or banking PINs.
⏱️Deletion Timeline
- Immediate (24–48 hours): Account login is deactivated and active listings removed from public search feeds.
- Permanent Purge (Within 30 Days): All database records, Cloudflare storage photos, and audio files are permanently purged.
